THE DEVELOPMENTAND APPLICATION OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE PHASE-CHANGE MATERIALS

  • As the depravation of the global energy crisis and environmental problems,new energy as well as new energy-utilizing methods are coming into focus.Phase-change energy storage with the purpose of storing or release energy make use of phase change materials(PCMs)to absorb heat(cold)from the environment or release heat(cold) to the environment during their phase change process.PCMs can also integrate with new energy application methods.This study analyzed the different types of high-temperature phase change materials and their own characteristics,introduced its application in various industries,and made a prospect of high-temperature phase change materials for the future development.
