A METHOD MEASUREMENT OF THE BEND STIFFNESS OF HARMONIC REDUCER BY APPLICATIONS OF LASER INTERFEROMETER

  • To achieve the measurement of bend stiffness of some parts like harmonic reducer in environment of the high or low temperature,laser interferometer is employed to measure the deflection angle of the output of harmonic reducer under the effect of some forces,and bend moment is put on through wire ropes drived by motor.The present design has overcome the problem that angle conder can not be applied in the conditions of extreme temperature,and eliminated the effect of stiffness measure resulting from the system errors by deformation of instrument in itself.The present measures are performed in the range from-65℃ to +80℃.
