DEVELOPMENT OF DOUBLE-DOOR VERTICAL VACUUM COATING EQUIPMENT FOR AUTOMOTIVE LAMPS

  • This paper presents a design and analyzes of double-door vertical vacuum coating equipment for automotive lamps,and mainly expound the argon ion bombardment in applications.The reflectance of the light mirrors tested approach to 92% at the wavelength of 390~770 nm,lamp reflector deterioration test showed protective film on the aluminized no corrosion in 30 minutes while the shedding phenomenon is not observed in the film adhesion measurement.
