LIGHT LAYOUT FOR FABRICATING 2-D PHOTONIC CRYSTALS BY THREE NONCOPLANAR LASERS

  • Since the concept of photonic crystals was first proposed in 1987,scientists have devoted themselves to the preparation of photonic crystals with different materials and different topologies in various methods.In this article,systematical and comprehensive analysis to the interference of three noncoplanar beams was provided using both the direct and the reciprocal lattice theory.The relations between each lattice and corresponding recording geometry were quantitatively derived.It shows that all the five Bravais lattices can be formed by means of IFNB and verified by computer simulations.
