THE EVALUATION METHODS FOR RADIATION EFFECTS OF SPACE SOLAR CELL

  • Space particles radiation is the main environmental factor for the degradation of space solar cell.Whether the satellite mission can complete successfully relate directly to the reliable working of space solar cell on orbit.In this paper,based on investigation of the research works domestic and overseas,common research methods for radiation effects of space solar cell have been summarized and analyzed,and the suitable research methods for space solar cell have been determined,so as to provide the relevant radiation effects data for solar array design and ensure the reliability of space solar cell operation on orbit.
