RESEARCH ON CURING PERFORMANCE OF SPACE SILICONE RUBBER GD-414

  • In aerospace electronic product manufacture process,the extensive use of one component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber GD-414 as components,wires and other reinforcement materials,the material has the advantages of simple operation,convenient construction,but in order to ensure the effect of solidification and the adhesive strength,curing time on itself requires a long development cycle,to great effect.This article analyzed and verified the curing conditions from the silicon rubber curing mechanism,put measures to reduce the curing time,improve the curing efficiency.
