ACTIVE LEO LARGE SCALE MANNED SPACECRAFT POTENTIAL CONTROL EVOLVE

The LEO large scale manned spacecraft potential control can affectively protect the spacecraft against potential safety hazard brought by space plasma discharge effect，for ensuring smooth completion of the astronaut extravehicular activity and the spacecraft docking operation.By analyzing the interaction between the LEO large scale manned spacecraft and space plasma，it acknowledges the harm extent of space plasma for spacecraft in principle.Inspired by studying and reviewing the development and application of the foreign LEO large scale manned spacecraft potential control technology，preliminary ideas about active potential control system design are concluded.After contrasting the core technology of the active potential control field at home and abroad，some advanced proposals on development and application of China LEO large scale manned spacecraft are put forward.
