HEAT FLUX NUMERATION AND DESIGN OF MICRO SCALE HIGH EFFICIENCY HEAT EXCHANGER

  • The high speed aircrafts are in severe aero-dynamic environment,which influence optical window's functions.Then,the author devised a kind of microchannel heat exchanger.This literature used VOF method to simulate the boiling heat exchange by four types of micro groove with different arrangement style of microchannel,while each single rectangle microchannel had 1.2 mm×1.2 mm side area.The numerical simulation showed that the length of microchannel contribute significantly to the boiling heat exchange,and analyzed the optimal design of microchannel.The result provided a theoretical guidance for structure optimization in further.
