THE STUDY OF DEFENDING FILM OF LEO SATELLITE HIGH-VOLTAGE SOLAR ARRAY CHARGING EFFECT

  • Satellite high-voltage solar array has been applied more and more,but the on-orbit anomalies and failures of the satellite occurred sometimes,because of the charging effect on high-voltage solar array. This paper present a defending film of satellite high-voltage solar array charging effect. This film can avoid the charging effect,by preventing the interaction between solar array and space plasma. The structure of this film is ITO/HMDSO/transparent film,transparent conductive of the film is more than 90%. The charging effect protection ability of this film has been tested,the results proved the film would avoid the charging effect,when high-voltage solar array fly in the LEO environment.
