STUDY ON REFRIGERATOR LINEAR COMPRESSOR PISTON CLEARANCE SEAL LEAKAGE CHARACTERISTICS

  • Linear compressor refrigerator using clearance seal can eliminate contact wear, but the clearance seal would inevitably lead to leakages of refrigerant. In this paper, based on the actual operating conditions of a linear compressor, a numerical simulation method was adopted. By a simplified numerical model, the leakage characteristics of R600a and R134a under different parameters were simulated in detail. The research results were of great significance to the refrigerator using oil-free linear compressor.
