REVIEW ON STUDY OF GAS-LIQUID PHASE BOILING HEAT TRANSFER IN MICRO/MINI-CHANNELS

  • As the instruments and equipments of microelectronic systems, aerospace and military field highly integrated,it is significant to solve the problem of disserting heat efficiently under high heat flux.Micro/mini-channel boiling heat transfer device with its characteristics such as small volume, light weight, large heat release has been paid more and more attention. However, the mechanism of heat and mass transfer in micro/mini-channels has not been thoroughly studied. This paper introduces the latest progress of the two phase flow in micro/mini-channels.We reviewed and analyzed the two phase flow models, refrigerants and the impact of channel configurations.
