FLOW CHARACTERISTICS OF WAVE MINI-CHANNEL HEAT SINK WITH SECONDARY PASSAGES

  • CFD software is used to investigate secondary passages for the effect on fluid flow mini-channel heat sinks.Through research on characteristics of mini-channnel heat sink of three different structures,we conclude that properties of mini-channel heat sink decrease with changes on structure,thus consumption occurs while flowing happans.The twist parts on mini-channel causes velocity shifts,flow characteristics of fluid in adjacent channels can be influenced by secondary flow.
