RESEARCH STATUS OF SPACE DEBRIS SURVEILLANCE AND REMOVAL TECHNIQUES

  • With the development of space technology,space debris is growing quickly and becoming more and more,thus brings tremendous risks on spacecrafts on orbits.Characteristics,research status of both domestic and overseas,surveillance and removal techniques of space debris were reviewed and analyzed in this paper.Ultimately the development proposal of slow down and protection against space debris were made,and will provide reference for future studies on space debris surveillance and removal.
