THERMAL CHARATERISTIC STUDY ON THERMAL VACUUM SIMULATOR DEVICE

  • Through thermal analysis,several heat transfer models of the thermal vacuum simulator were bulit.Based on the thermal models,we integrate all parts of the system by using stable step.And the temperature response curves of the test specimen were obtained.According to the temperature response curves,an appropriate method of prediction of temperature set value was proposed,and control of temperature during the tests was optimized.The temperature control strategy is verified,which has a significant effect on reducing the temperature response time.
