THE DESIGN OF INSTRUMENT TO DEBUG AND CONTROL STIRLING CRYOCOOLER

  • Stirling cryocooler is a complex mechanics and electric product. It’s debug process will take effect on the performance of cryocooler. This paper introduced the measurement and control instrument that is used in debug of stirling cryocooler. It also introduced the total circuit of instrument and circuit unit that correlative with debug, such as function set, frequency control, amplitude control and parameter display, etc. The instrument is integrated with function of power measurement, parameter adjustment, drive control and parameter display. The debug instrument is characterized by small bulk, simple linking and operation and pocket, while comparing with conventional debug means by specialized power and computer software. The instrument has obtained better application in debug of stirling cryocooler.
