DESIGN OF THRUSTER POWER SUPPLY MEASUREMENT UNIT FOR ELECTRIC PROPULSION SYSTEM

  • In the manufacture of Thruster of electric propulsion system,we need to measure the output parameter of power processing unit.This power supply measurement unit has built isolation module by linear optocoupler.Measurements are completed through those signals by isolation module and high speed data acquisition and processing module.This paper describes the design of power supply measurement unit,such as design requirement,overall design,voltage sampling,Hall current measurement,optical isolation transmittal of signal,isolation module power supply,system power supply,data acquisition and processing system,particularly in linear optocoupler to optimal design of the manufacturer's recommends circuitry for improved transmission bandwidth.Power supply measurement unit has been successfully applied,and good effects were achieved,the isolated transmission accuracy is better than 1‰,transmission bandwidth over 30 kHz,isolated withstand voltage over 2 500 V and crosstalk of interchannel is better than 60 dB.
