Application of Molecular Distillation Technology in Production of Vacuum Pump Oil

  • In this paper,the basic principle and technical characteristics of molecular distillation technology are introduced.The purpose of selecting molecular distillation technology is to improve the product quality of vacuum pump lubricating oil,and to understand the differences between traditional vacuum distillation and molecular distillation by means of comparison,that is,production process,technical parameters and equipment.According to the separation requirements of materials,molecular distillation can select single or multistage molecular distillation equipment.Under high vacuum conditions,it can produce various kinds of vacuum pump lubricating oil,so that the quality of vacuum pump lubricating oil can get better narrow fraction,and the flash point is high.The range distribution is uniform,the volatility is low and the limit vacuum is very high.
