Applications of Spray Cooling Technology in Aerospace Field

  • Spray cooling is an efficient heat transfer technology that uses liquid atomization and boiling to take away the heat from the surface of the cooled object.It has the characteristics of large heat transfer coefficient,good temperature uniformity,and small degree of superheat,high critical flux,and low circulation flow.It has become a research hotspot in high efficiency heat and mass transfer technology.In this paper,a lot of researches on spray cooling technology have been carried out,and the application of spray technology at domestic and foreign in aerospace field has been introduced.Finally,the application of spray cooling technology in China’s aerospace has been suggested.
