Research on The Measurement Technology of Tap Density of High Expansion Ratio Foaming Adhesive

With the rapid growth of spacecraft research missions such as satellites and spaceships and the urgent requirement of spacecraft weight reduction,the use of high expansion ratio foaming adhesive is gradually increasing,among which tap density restricts the performance of foaming adhesive.According to the testing requirements of tap density of foaming adhesive,the functional design and mechanical structure design of the foaming adhesive testing device were completed,and the testing technology for accurately testing tap density of foaming adhesive was summarized,and the feasibility of this method was verified through experiments.The technical method has achieved good results in terms of economy and technology while ensuring the completion of inspection testing tasks.
