Uncertainty Analysis of Vacuum Leak Calibration Apparatus Based on Separated Flow Method

  • The separated flow method calibrates vacuum leak through comparison of the ion currents generated by actual standard gas flow from the flowmeter after separation and the vacuum leak to be calibrated using quadruple mass spectrometer.This paper introduces the principle of separated flow vacuum calibration method,the apparatus,analyzing the uncertainty and proposing influence factors that can reduce the measurement uncertainty.
