Application Design and Verification of Gas Actuator in Deep Space Exolorer

  • :Aiming at solving the object transfer problem in the deep space explorer mission on orbit,this paper put forward a kind of gas actuator,which can realize the object transfer following the predetermined route until it reaches the receiving container.The application background and analysis method of the gas actuator are presented.The force data in a vacuum environment is calculated through simulation.The correctness of the design scheme is verified by the ground experiments.The results of the analysis and experiments show that the gas actuators can realize the motion of the object.The scheme is simple and effective,meets the requirements,and has good application value.
