  • The optical system is one of the important components to influence the performance and lifetime of the ion thruster.Numerical simulation modeling method is an important way to research the failure mechanism of the optical system.In order to improve the confidence coefficient of the numerical simulation model operation results,it is necessary to carry out experimental verification study for optical system numerical simulation modeling.Based on the physical working process,failure mode and failure mechanism of the optical system,the research progress of the ion thruster optical system at home and abroad is systemically investigated.The development of the optical system simulation model verification technology is investigated.It provides a reference for the verification of the simulation model of the ion thruster optical system.
