Analysis and Experimental Studies on Cooling Down Time of Cryocooler Detector Assembly

  • Study on cryocooler and cooling object,a mathematical model on cooling time of cryocooler and detector assembly was established.The influence of cooling capacity and heat loss and heat mass on cooling time of detector assembly were analyzed.Based on lumped parameter method,the changing rule of temperature with time was given.The test platform of cooling time for detector components was built,the cooling test of the components was carried out under the conditions of different cooling capacity,different heat mass and heat leakage.It was found that the model can accurately reflect the cooling process of the test system.
