A New Type of GN2Temperature Adjustment System for Space Environment Simulator

  • The characteristics and global application of GN2temperature adjustment system are introduced.A new type of GN2temperature adjustment system is designed.The principle,characteristics,and main components of the new system are introduced.By calculating and analyzing thermal load,cooling rate and liquid nitrogen consumption of the system,the new system is tested and verified.Experiment results indicated that the new system provided temperature ranging from-175℃to+150℃;cooling rate reaching 2~4℃/min when the temperature is between-175℃to 25;temperature uniformity is within±5℃when temperature in between-150℃ and 150℃.The newly designed GN2systems is a promising temperature adjustment system in terms of simple process,low cost and meeting diverse space environment simulation test requirements.Further enhancement of the new system are also discussed.
