Flow Characteristics of Ice Slurry in Different Concentrations Based on Differential Evolution Algorithm

  • In the process of ice slurry transportation,an appropriate ice concentration and flow speed ratio can be found to reduce the transportation cost and the pressure on the transportation pipeline under the premise of satisfying the refrigeration effect.In this paper,differential evolution algorithm is used to screen and optimize the pressure drop of ice slurry during transportation, and the optimal flow characteristics under different ice slurry concentrations are obtained.The research results show that when the cooling capacity is 250 kW,the ice concentration of 19.22% and the flow rate of 1.922 8 m/s can meet the requirements of refrigeration,but also produce a small pressure drop, improve the refrigeration efficiency.
