Research on Improvement of Cryogenic Valve Test System and Process Optimization

  • The cryogenic performance test pressure of carrier rocket cryogenic valve is out of tolerance for many times.The factors influencing the valve qualification rate are studied for this problem.The simulation analysis is carried out from the temperature difference of the test system,the change of the flow resistance of the filter and the pressure distri-bution of the system.It is found that the temperature mismatch of the test system and the large flow resistance of the pipe-line from the tank to the valve are the main reasons for the over pressure of the cryogenic performance test valve,and the improvement scheme of the test system and the optimization scheme of the test process are proposed.Through the test veri-fication,the system improvement is effective,the product performance meets the design requirements,and the qualifica-tion rate of cryogenic performance of the product is increased to more than 80%,which alleviates the tense situation of model product delivery under high-density launch.
