Research on Development of Foreign Spacecraft Test Standards from 2010 to 2020

  • Spacecraft test standard specifies the test and requirements of spacecraft, subsystem and unit in qualification and acceptance period. It is a critical process to achieve model correction, performance verification and early fault screening, and provides an essential support for the reliable operation of spacecraft on orbit. At present, the foreign spacecraft test standards in use primarily include SMC-S-016 of US Space and Missile Systems Center,JERG-2-130B of Japan JAXA,ECSS-E-ST-10-03C of European Cooperation for Space Standardization, etc. This paper aiming to the revision of foreign spacecraft test standards in recent ten years. The development of central spacecraft standards has been concluded. The adjustment of test baseline and requirements in spacecraft test standards has been compared.Taking the typical mechanical and thermal tests as the objects, the differences and similarities of various standards in the test level and duration has been analyzed, which provides a reference for the formulation and revision of corresponding standards in future.
