Study on Influence Factors of High Stability Temperature Control by AC Bridge in 5~25 K Deep-low Temperature Region

  • Temperature control stability is one of the key factors affecting the uncertainty of thermodynamic temperature measurement, the reliability of international thermodynamic temperature comparison and the temperature calibration level in the deep-low temperature region. In order to find out the influencing factors of high stability temperature control in the deep-low temperature region, based on previous studies, the temperature control experiment scheme of thermometer lead resistance and standard resistance was designed. The related temperature control experiments were conducted at 5 K and 25 K. The disturbance influence of thermometer lead resistance and standard resistance on the average temperature measurement and temperature control stability was assessed in the low temperature region. The results show that the mean value of temperature measurement is almost unaffected by lead resistance and standard resistance. Temperature control stability will vary with lead resistance and standard resistance. The lower the lead resistance, the higher the temperature control stability in the deep and low temperature region, and there is a more suitable standard resistance. The results of this study can provide reference for the construction of low temperature working environment with high stability in deep low temperature area.
