STUDY OF A HIGH FREQUENCY CO-AXIAL PULSE TUBE REFRIGERATOR DRIVEN BY LINEAR COMPRESSOR

  • The co-axial pulse tube refrigerator is a new type of mechanical cryocooler with the potential of long-term operation in space application.Some factors were needed to be considered when designing the co-axial pulse tube refrigerator or matching with a linear compressor.By developing the co-axial pulse tube refrigerator model,the working process was simulated.The effects of the dynamic parameters on the performance of the co-axial pulse tube refrigerator were analyzed.The building of the pulse tube refrigerator experiment system and the composing of test system were introduced.The designed high frequency co-axial pulse tube refrigerator was tested with the linear compressor.Some good results were obtained.
