INFLUENCE OF SPACE RADIATION AND ATOMIC OXYGEN ENVIRONMENT ON PERFORMANCE OF CONDUCTIVE THERMAL CONTROL FILM

  • The thermal, electric and optical performance of conductive thermal control material with Kapton substrate under space radiation and atomic oxygen environment was discussed. It’s found that the stability of low resistance TO film is better than that of high resistance TO film. The stability of germanium film(resistance between 107 and 109Ω/□)is also better than that of high resistance TO film. Experiment shows that influence of space radiation and atomic oxygen environment for the absorptance(αs) and emittance(ε) of material is slight.
