RELATION BETWEEN DIELECTUIC MATERIALS CHARGING MECHANISM AND ITS SURFACE STRUCTURE

  • Starting from the dielectric materials microst ructure, we analyzed the mechanism of chargs moving and traping in dielectric materials by means of the energy band and the trap theory. The effects of the dielectric’s surface structure on its charging property also were analyzed.It was inducted that the modification of materials surface is one of the effective methods to improve its charg-ing property.
