THE GC/MS ANALYSIS OF CONDENSABLE CONTAMINATIONS FROM THE ADHESIVE USED FOR THE SATELLITE

  • Adhesive is commonly-used material in the satellites,but it can produce considerable contaminations which pollute the sensitive surfaces,and is considered as a potential source of the contamination. Refer to the QJ1558-88《The Standard Outgassing Test Method for Materials Under Vacuum Environment》,some considerable contaminations derived from two kinds of adhesives were collected and characterized using GC-MC. The results shows that the main components of the residue are low-weight molecule, such as plasticizes, softning agent,curing agent and others by-products.
