STUDY ON PREPARATION, EXPERIMENT AND APPLICATION OF COAT-INGS DEPOSITED ON FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATES

The work described in this paper represents some of the process development toward theoptimization and characterization of the Transparent Conductive Coating TO on the flexible substrate Kapton. The profile and structure of the thin metal oxide coatings have been tested and evaluated. The environmental stability tests of thermal control materials are represented, the evaluating methods and test resultsare amphasized. The measurements show that the TO filmsare stable enough under the simulated space environment. The applications of the flexible substrate coatings are also emphasized.
