TOTAL HEMISPHERICAL EMITTANCE OF THERMAL CONTROL MATERIALS MEASURING BY STEADY-STATE CALORIMETRIC METHOD

  • A steady-state calorimetric bolometer was constructed in this paper,and the uncertainty of the bolometer was analysed.Using the bolometer,total hemispherical emittance of Optical Solar Reflector(OSR) and a new Variable Emittance material were measured between 190 K and 350 K.And the uncertainty of total hemispherical emittance of OSR was below 2.00%,comparing with that in the literature.
