STUDY ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF CMOS CHIP VIDEO CAMERA WITH THERMOELECTRIC COOLING

  • The problems about design of vacuum sealed container,thermoelectric cooling system,matched power and controllers are considered. A simulation CMOS video camera has been developed replacing the similar imported products.The results show that the configuration of the XAJD-1 is reasonable and the performance is reliable,which can provide a stabile temperature of -40℃ for a load with 200 mW. The high performance video camera has a great application prospect in the fields such as medical imaging,ultrared weak light imaging and satellite imaging.
