  • This article stimup application in astronomical CCD detector demand for cryogenically cooled dowars.Showod was the dewars of develop-ment general situation in China,the intronduction of deveiop type TWD de-wars characteristic and test cirumstance.Test result shows,on without det-ector condition that,Mark Ⅱ and Mark Ⅲ dewars vessel achieve of technical targets as follow:effective volun1e 2.5L and 1.25L;mass 2.05kg and 3.02kg;preserve liquid nitrgen time:110h and 116h. Vacuume keep at two years. In connect with detector,Mark Ⅱ dewars preserve for liquid nitrogen time is 40 horus;CCD cold plate.achieve of -100~-123℃ temperature.
