ICE CONDENSER CAD SYSTEM IN VACUUM FREEZE DRYER

In order to explore the optimum parameters of a freeze dryer ice condenser, a CAD system based on the dynamic and distributive model was developed.By optimization and simulation,the heat exchange area was reduced 30%～40% and energy consumption was reduced about 10% .The result indicated that it could lay a foundation for saving energy for the freeze dryer.
