The surface charging/discharging of space materials will lead contamination to be enhanced heat performance reducd and electromagnetic interference etc.Surface charging and its hurts can be diminished by materials selection,and the evaluating test of space materials charging/discharging characteristics is one of the important factor for materials selection.
