LIFE EVALUATION TECHNOLOGY OF SPACECRAFT DIELECTRIC ON ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS

  • Due to enormous difference between space environment and earth surface,there are absolutely different aging mechanisms.How to evaluate the life of dielectrics on the earth surface and even how to prolong its reliability and life are important problems for correlative investigator.On the Basis of analyzing of aging mechanism of dielectric in spacecraft,this paper bring forward an evaluation method that combines Electrical characteristic and discharging characteristic of spacecraft surface charge and deep dielectric charge and mechanical characteristic.
