THE ANALYSIS METHOD OF CONTIMINANT INGREDIENTS ON SENSITIVE PARTS OF AN APPARATUS’S SURFACE

The paper has described that the condensation contamination caused sheet resistance augmentable of sensitive parts of an apparatus in simulative space environment.The way of contaminant ingredient analysis has been built to control and reduce contamination.The conclusion showed that condensation contaminant included benzene,cyclohexane,polysiloxane.By way of farther analysis,the primary contamination source is this several materials,such as insulator of electrical connector（white）,insulator of electrical connector（red）,704 glue,colloidal silica GD414,and so on.Therefore,in the process of materials use,the materials with low outgassing property should been choosed first.For materials that have to been adopted,structure design of sensitive parts of an apparatus should take into account contamination protectence.
