ACCELERATLNG THE MONTE CARLO METHOD IN CALCULATION OF COUPLING FACTORS OF SPACE RADIANT COOLERS

  • The calculation of coupling factors is the key of the thermal design of space radiant coolers and the Monte Carlo method is an effective method to calculate the coupling factors of the elliptical W type space radiant cooler.Beased on the pinciple of statistics,the disadvantage of the Monte Carlo method is the long calculating time.How to avoid iterative calculation of the point emission to accelerate the Monte Carlo method is the focal point in this paper. At the same time, the improved method has the same accuracy as the traditional method,and the accuracy depends on the increase in sample packet number.
