EXPERIMENTS RESEARCHES ON VACUUM FREEZE DRYING FOR HIGHER CONTAINING IODINE FOOD RAW MATERIALS
In this paper,the Vacuum freeze drying technology for kelp is dicussed, the composition change of freezed drying kelp is analysed. It showed that freezed drving kelp as high containingiodine food raw materials is well promising.
