THE PHYSICAL MODEL AND TIME ESTIMATION FOR PELLET GROWING

  • Pellet injection is an important way for plasma fuelling、plasma density and impurity control in fusion engineering and experimental research. This article describes the physical model of pellet growing in the condensation cavity of cryostat, and makes attempts to estimate the growing time of pellet, which has played a very important role in the pellet manufacturing and experimental adjustment of pellet injector.
