液氢加氢站加注过程㶲分析

Exergy Analysis of Filling Process of Liquid Hydrogen Fueling Station

  • 摘要: 氢能作为清洁无污染的高效绿色能源,正在逐步替代化石燃料成为能源结构发展转型的重要一员。相较于气氢,液氢密度高,是一种理想的储运方式。液氢加氢站则是氢能产业链中重要的一环,是连接供给侧与需求侧的重要基础设施。而国内对液氢加氢站研究较少,目前我国仅在平湖建成一座液氢加氢站。通过对液氢加氢站加氢过程中各部件造成的㶲损失进行分析,得以对加氢全过程造成的能量损失进行评估,指导未来液氢加氢站及加氢站重要组成部件的优化设计方向。

     

    Abstract: As a clean and pollution-free efficient green energy, hydrogen energy is gradually replacing fossil fuels and becoming an important member of the development and transformation of energy structure. Compared with gas hydrogen, liquid hydrogen has high mass density and high volumetric density, which is an ideal storage and transportation mode. Liquid hydrogen refueling station is an important link in the hydrogen energy industry chain, and is an important infrastructure connecting the supply side and the demand side. However, there are few researches on liquid hydrogen refueling stations in China. At present, only one liquid hydrogen refueling station has been built in Pinghu. Exergy destruction caused by each component of the hydrogen refueling station in the refueling process can be evaluated for energy loss caused by the whole refueling process and guide the future optimization design direction of the hydrogen refueling station and its important components.
