CAFeⅡ装置低温恒温器热负荷分析

Heat Load Analysis of Cryomodule for CAFeⅡ

  • 摘要: 低温恒温器作为超导直线加速器的最小加速单元,其在低温下的热力学性能将直接影响低温系统的运行成本和效率。低温恒温器的热负荷包括静态热负荷和动态热负荷。研究了低温恒温器的冷屏、超导腔、调谐器、耦合器、绝热支撑等主要元件的传热过程,对影响热负荷的关键因素进行了分析。结果表明,CAFeⅡ低温恒温器热负荷能够满足设计指标要求,为超导直线加速器稳定运行奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: Cryomodules are the smallest units of a superconducting linear accelerator. The thermodynamic property of cryomodule at low temperature can influence the operating cost and efficiency of cryogenic system. Cryomodule heat load include the static heat load and the dynamic heat load. The thermal shield, cavity, tuner, coupler and insulation support have been studied. The key factors that can influence the heat load also have been analyzed. The results show that the heat load of cryomodule can meet the design requirements and can set the foundation of superconducting linear accelerator.
