Abstract:
LIP Cs-3000 developed in China is a compact cesium atomic clock with magnetic state selection. This paper makes statistics on the performance of LIP Cs-3000 delivered recently, and obtains the distribution of its accuracy. In addition, distributions of indicators such as peak to valley ratio, signal to noise ratio, and Ramsey line-width are also obtained. According to these distributions, the range of stability of the cesium atomic clock is estimated theoretically. The result is found to be consistent with the actual measurement. At the same time, the article analyzes statistically the daily increase of voltage of electron multipliers and provides the lifetime distribution of LIP Cs-3000 cesium clock. This work will not only help to improve the performance of cesium clocks with magnetic state selection, but also help to improve the performance of other small cesium atomic clock.
