Abstract: The structure,principle,calibration method and apparatus of radioactive ionization vacuum gauge are introduced.The calibration data are processed.The correct coefficient of radioactive ionization vacuum gauge is evaluated.It is can be used to increase calibration accuracy and ensure the safety of satellite and rocket launching.
