微波等离子体还原钛铁矿工艺研究

REACH ON PROCESS OF REDUCTION OF ILMENITE BY MICROWAVE PLASMA

  • 摘要: 利用微波等离子体技术,在氢气和甲烷的气氛中,对钛铁矿进行了还原。通过XRD和SEM分析了不同的甲烷流量及微波功率对还原产物的组成及形貌的影响。研究结果表明,反应气体中碳浓度的增加或微波功率的提高,有利于纳米碳管的生长,并加快钛铁矿的还原速率。

     

    Abstract: Ilmenite was reduced by microwave plasma technology in hydrogen and methane atmosphere.The effect of flow of methane and microwave power on the phase characteristics and morphology of reduction products was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results showed that it was benefit to reduction of ilmenite and growth of carbon nanotubes by increasing the flow of methane or microwave power.
