板弹簧真空时效处理工艺研究

RESEARCH ON THE TECHNICS OF AGING TREATMENT FOR BLADE SPRING

  • 摘要: 针对空间用板弹簧的使用要求,开展Ti-15-3钛合金材料的真空时效处理工艺研究。通过调整时效温度和时效时间,分别对板弹簧进行时效处理。第一批次板弹簧时效温度450℃,第二批次时效温度520℃,第三批次采用双级时效(第一级温度450℃,第二级温度520℃)。对所有三个批次的板弹簧试验件进行拉伸试验,试验结果显示第一种时效处理工艺处理的ti-15-3材料获得了很高的拉伸强度,但屈服强度较差。采用第二种时效处理工艺和第三种时效处理工艺的ti-15-3材料抗拉强度和屈服强度都很高,但是第二种时效处理工艺获得的延伸率较为离散,选择第三种时效处理工艺作为板弹簧产品时效处理工艺。

     

    Abstract: According to the request of blade spring used in space,aging treatment process of ti-15-3 titanium alloy were studied.Through changing the temperature and holding time of aging treatment,three batches of blade springs were aged.The first batch of blade spring was aged at 450 ℃,the second was aged at 520 ℃,the third was aged by duplex aging treatment with the first-step aging at 450 ℃ and the second-step aging at 520 ℃.The results of tensile test show,ti-15-3 titanium alloy aged by first aging treatment obtain higher tensile strength and lower yield strength.Ti-15-3 titanium alloy aged by the second and the third aging treatment obtain higher tensile strength and yield strength.Considering the effect of elongation,the third aging treatment is selected.
