质谱计校准技术发展现状

INTRODUCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CALIBRATION TECHNOLOGY FOR MASS SPECTROMETER

  • 摘要: 作为残余气体分析器和分压力测量的主要仪器,四极质谱计的使用越来越引起重视,使得其校准技术研究成为真空计量领域的一个热点问题,本文将从最初美国真空学会推荐的四种四极质谱计校准方法开始,讨论研究美国国家标准技术研究院(NIST)、德国联邦物理研究院(PTB)、意大利国家计量研究院(IGMC)、日本国家工业科学技术研究院(AIST)直到我国的清华大学和兰州空间技术物理研究所在四极质谱计校准技术方面的研究成果,分析这几个实验室方法的优缺点,为国内外同行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As the residual gas analyzer and the partial pressure measurer,the mass spectrometer has been paid more and more attention,so its calibration technique is becoming a hot issue in the field of vacuum measurement.This article from the initial four types of mass spectrometer calibration method recommended by American vacuum society begin to discuss the calibration technique to other major laboratories′ which includes NIST,PTB,IGMC,AIST,Tsinghua university and Lanzhou Institute of Physics.Finally,it will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these laboratories’ mass spectrometer calibration systems,which is providing a reference for domestic and foreign counterparts.
